" I called Marios at 10pm following sudden power failure to my boiler. He came out straight away. He diagnosed the fault was actually the RCD switch , so disconnected this and wired the boiler to a plug as a temporary measure so I could continue to have hot water and heating until I can arrange an electrician to sort the problem. Marios was polite and courteous. "
" Mario responded to my call instantly and asked for photos of defective system so correct parts could be identified for greatest efficiency. He was fully tooled up for the job including parts and job was completed in double quick time. The heating system was not working fully on the next day, Saturday, so text exchange, helped me get is sorted however Mario dropped in anyway to see that all was well and further asked if all was well today which is real aftercare service.
